In 2000 TiendaShop. S. L. Your satisfaction comes first, so if you change your mind or something does not convince you, you can change it or return it.
Steps to follow to return or exchange an item.
First and indispensable
Call by phone at +34 93 540 91 99 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating if you want to exchange it for another item or prefer to have your money back.
Never send a package without express instructions.
Exchange for another item or return
You can return your purchase within 14 days after the delivery of your order as long as the boot has not been used.
The shipping of your return is free, you do not have to send the package, you will receive the necessary documentation for the shipment via e-mail and our transport will pick it up at the same place of delivery (within the national territory) at no cost for your part.
Returns of items purchased from other countries are borne by the buyer, not being responsible for their possible damage 2000 TiendaShop, S. L.
- The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with its corresponding labels.
- The return of the product will not be accepted once used, or if it has been altered or modified.
- Packages shipped freight or cash on delivery will never be accepted.
Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and after checking the state of the merchandise, the amount will be exchanged or refunded.
If the amount of the new item to change is higher than the returned item
You must enter the difference by bank transfer or cash deposit at any CaixaBank office.
If the amount of the new item to change is less than the returned item
The difference will be credited to you with the same form of payment as the order.
If you paid cash on delivery, you must indicate a bank account (owner the buyer) in which we will make the deposit.
Wrong shipments or defective products from the factory
In any case, the return of defective products and erroneous shipments will be accepted, being 2000 Tiendashop. S. L. who will take charge, in this case, of the shipping costs provided that the client communicates this circumstance within two months from the date of receipt of the shipment. Damaged, used, or tampering items will not be exchanged. Used items, custom fabrications, or assembled items cannot be returned.
If you receive a broken or damaged package
The first thing is not to admit the carrier's package if it is in bad condition and to communicate as quickly as possible (93 540 91 99 or email@example.com) what happened. If you have already accepted it, send a photograph by email, of the unopened package, within 48 hours, so that we can claim our transport agency.
If you open the package and the item is damaged or broken.
You must inform us within a maximum period of 48 hours, sending a photograph of the article (firstname.lastname@example.org), otherwise we will not be able to replace it.
